1. Information We Collect

When you fill out a contact form, book a strategy call, or interact with our website, we may collect the following:

• Full name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Business type and monthly ad budget range
• Any information you voluntarily provide in form fields, including the biggest challenge you describe
• Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) via analytics tools

When you submit our contact form we also record your IP address, your browser user agent, the server timestamp of the submission, whether you ticked the SMS consent box, and a version identifier for the exact consent wording displayed to you. We collect this for one reason: federal telemarketing rules require us to be able to prove when and how you agreed to receive text messages. It is a compliance record, not a profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule strategy calls
• Provide the services you have engaged us for
• Send transactional and service-related email, such as a confirmation that your form came through
• Send SMS appointment reminders and follow-up messages, but only if you gave SMS consent. See our SMS Terms for what those messages are and how to stop them.
• Maintain proof of consent for as long as we are required to keep it
• Improve our website and service offerings

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

3. SMS Communications

We send text messages only to people who have opted in, either by ticking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by explicitly agreeing during a direct conversation with us, including Instagram and Facebook direct messages. The box is never pre-checked and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us or of receiving a reply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@vitalgrowthvision.com. Message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects:

• Pages visited and time spent
• Approximate location (city or region level)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referral source (how you arrived at our site)

This data is anonymized and aggregated. We use it to improve our website and content, not to identify individual visitors.

GA4 uses cookies to track this information. You can:

• Manage your cookie preferences via the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer at any time
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Review Google's privacy practices

All analytics cookies stay disabled until you grant consent through our cookie banner.

5. Who We Share Data With

We use a small number of service providers to run this business. They process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms, and only for the purposes below. We do not sell your data to anyone.

• Supabase. Database hosting. Every contact form submission and its consent record is stored here.
• Twilio. SMS delivery. Receives your phone number and message content when we send you a text you consented to.
• Resend. Transactional email delivery. Receives your name and email address to send your confirmation and to notify our team of your inquiry.
• Vercel. Website hosting. Processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, as part of serving the site.
• Google (Analytics 4). Website analytics, only after you grant cookie consent.

We may also disclose information where legally required, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, or meet a legal obligation. SMS consent records are an exception: we retain them for at least four years after the consent or the opt-out, because that is the window in which we could be asked to produce them. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it and keep only the minimum record showing that you opted out.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information
• Stop marketing contact, including SMS and email

Email info@vitalgrowthvision.com with what you want and the name, email, or phone number you gave us. We respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act on a deletion request. There is no charge, and asking will not affect anything else we do for you.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
