• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Reputation and review management
• Website design and development

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work entered into between VGV and the client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including revenue, lead volume, ranking positions, or return on ad spend. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control including market conditions, client responsiveness, ad budget, and competition. Any case studies or performance figures shared on this website represent past results and are not a guarantee of future performance.

4. Your Obligations

If you use this website, you agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit, to submit a phone number only if it is yours or you are authorized to provide it, and not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or automated bulk submissions.

Clients are additionally responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, access to required accounts and assets, and payment of agreed fees on schedule. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes for which VGV bears no responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including copy, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Vital Growth Visionaries and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Content you provide to us, such as logos, photography, testimonials, and business information, remains yours. By providing it you grant VGV a license to use it for the purpose of delivering your services, which includes running it in ad creative and publishing it on assets we build for you. Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables produced specifically for them under a service agreement. VGV retains ownership of its underlying tooling, templates, frameworks, and processes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. VGV reserves the right to charge a late fee on overdue balances.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. VGV will provide any applicable offboarding documentation as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Growth Visionaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve work on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, and various CRM tools. VGV is not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or pricing that may affect campaign performance or service delivery.

10. Electronic Communications

By submitting a form on this website you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your inquiry. Text messages are separate: we send them only if you gave SMS consent, and that program is governed by our SMS Terms, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. How we handle the information you submit is covered by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
